How safe are hair systems safe during Coronavirus/ Covid 19?

Sterilizing the hair system

Your hair system should be dipped in the alcohol-based sterilizer. You can tell your service providers to dip the hair system in a container filled with an alcohol sterilizer. It will be completely coronavirus free. At Least it should be dipped for half an hour.

Sterilizing the tools

You can request the service providers to sterilize all the tools that they are going to use for the hair system process. For eg: Brush, dryer, applicator, etc. It should be disinfected before as well as after service. Make sure they follow this protocol.

Using a mask

Always ask your service provider to wear protective gear. You should ask the service provider to wear a mask and insist they use a 3 plier mask. 

Disinfecting Chair

The chair that the service provider uses cannot be changed. In this case, you will have to tell them to disinfect chairs before and after service. 

Availability of Sanitizers

Sanitize your hands completely before entering the place. You should ask them to sanitize their hands first as a precautionary measure. 

Cashless payment

Exchanging money can transmit COVID-19 very easily and there are chances to spread it. Consider using cashless payment methods like Paytm, Google Transfer, Net banking, Net transfer, etc.

Home Service

If possible call your service provider at home as you will not have to visit the salon. They may charge you a little more for the traveling cost but it is truly worth it.

Wash your hair more often

Washing hair may often result in reducing volume as there is hair loss when you wash the hair. But during these times, washing hair more often is suggested. Increase the frequency of washing your hair.

Avoid touching your hair more often

It is advised to get rid of the habit of touching your hair. We may touch our face and it may not be safe. Don’t keep playing with your hair and leave it as it is.

Servicing on your own

We always tell our clients and try to educate them about servicing by yourself. It is not difficult but only needs practice. 

Don’t negotiate with the Service provider

Don’t argue with your service provider as they have to maintain safety standards that have increased their cost.
