Please read these Terms carefully before using our non-surgical hair replacement services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Our Services
Bglam Hair Studio offers a range of professional hair care and enhancement services, including hair extensions, hair weaving, hair bonding, hair patches, hair wigs, hair styling, consultations, and the sale of related hair care products. Service availability may vary by location and appointment.

A. Booking: Appointments can be booked via phone, in-person at our studio.
B. Consultations: A consultation may be required prior to certain services to assess suitability, discuss desired outcomes, and provide a price estimate. Consultation fees, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
C. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, and applicable fees may still apply.
D. Rescheduling: We request at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice for rescheduling.
E. Patch Tests: For certain chemical services (e.g., some adhesives, color treatments if offered), a patch test may be required at least [e.g., 48 hours] prior to your appointment to check for allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
4. Pricing and Payment
a. Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
b. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
c. Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI mode of payment.
d. For extensive services or custom orders, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
a. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during consultations and for your client records, including any relevant medical history, allergies, or sensitivities that might affect the services.
b. You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment (aftercare) instructions provided by our stylists for the longevity and safety of your hair and our services.
c. Bglam Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behaviour, or if a service is deemed unsuitable or potentially harmful due to pre-existing conditions or contraindications.
6. Results and Expectations
a. We strive to achieve the best possible results for all our clients. However, results for hair services can vary depending on individual hair type, condition, history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
b. During your consultation, we will discuss realistic expectations for your chosen service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
c. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within [e.g., 7 days] of your appointment. We will endeavor to address your concerns reasonably, which may include an adjustment service at our discretion. Refunds are not typically offered for services rendered.
